hi i am an owner of a P8H67 M-LE. im a newbie to updating my BIOS and this is why the problem came up. i was just hoping to update my bios. i watched a video on youtube from a very reliable source. i followed instructions. but, once i updated and restarted my pc, the blue screen appears and it wouldnt let my pc start up. 
help guys! i know, i know. it was my fault i ddnt do some research before. your help is really appreciated
