hi i am an owner of a P8H67 M-LE. im a newbie to updating my BIOS and this is why the problem came up. i was just hoping to update my bios. i watched a video on youtube from a very reliable source. i followed instructions. but, once i updated and restarted my pc, the blue screen appears and it wouldnt let my pc start up. :/ help guys! i know, i know. it was my fault i ddnt do some research before. your help is really appreciated

Register or log in to remove.

when you flash the BIOS it returns to default settings. Its also possible for the default settings to change values from the old BIOS . if you set anything yourself in the old BIOS put the settings back the way you had them. Check that your memory timings/voltages are right. Also check your SATA mode for the harddrives. Windows won't boot if its been switched fro AHCI to IDE or vice versa.

thx man you fix my problem my ssd was in ide and after doing bios uptade it was ahci you saved me tech fees for a stupid thing
