When i turn my com on it goes staright to instant flash, it is looking for bios files on hard drive,and wont allow me to use usb to put version 1.00 on, is there any way to fix this

According to http://www.asrock.com/feature/InstantFlash/index.asp, you can select the device containing the BIOS file.

Yeah,i put the bios files on a usb stick,wouldnt allow me to choose it, no matter what i did.funny thing is if i put it on without the keyboard and mouse in it work..lol modern technology

You keyboard is probably pressing a button which jumps straight to your Bios update function in the bios.
