Is there a company that can produce (make) me a custom board to fit into an older pc case ?
.
.
Example : I have a business and I have been burglarized once before. I would like to build a custom computer but put it into an older pc case that no one would even bother looking at twice

Can you show any PIC of your PC case? That might help better.

You would be better to just mod a older case to fit a new mainbaord. Even if a custom board could be made it would be very very expensive.

Why don't you just mount the new Mobo and stuff right into a Table?
Something like this but without the eye catching lights and glass top

or

This one you can bolt down onto the floor..... :)

Or.... just get a better Home/Office Security Setup....

Motherboards are as cheep as they are because they sell them in mass quantities. I don't even want to know what a custom motherboard will cost. It would be cheaper to buy all new parts many times over.

I have done a thorough search on the web and could only find one article of a similar question asked a few years ago on the same subject. "http://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=793922" called "Design and build your own motherboard? "

You would be better off building a custom case, or building the computer into a desk. Either of those are doable.

Custom motherboards are done all the time, if you are ordering a couple thousand of them. Dell, Gateway, Acer, etc... all have motherboards built to their specifications. Custom building 1 just isn't feasible.

If you are that much of an electrical geek, and you have the time you could always try something of that stuff. But it's not everyone's baby. You may not find a company that'll do it for you, but you will find people, individuals who do make stuff like that for a price.
Check with freelancers dot com, post a request if you get a good amount of replies, you can check the ratings of the users and their reports, choose a good one, discuss with them the idea and time and you're good to go.
