I'm putting together a system and I decided I was going to get a cheap pentium g850 to hold me over till Ivy Bridge chips are released and upgrade to an i5 then. My motherboard supports all memory speeds up to 2133. And I read that the Pentium's memory controller only supports up to 1333. I would like to get 1600 to be ready for the Ivy Bridge chip. Would I still be able to run 1600 mhz sticks cause my motherboard supports them or am I limited to 1333 mhz sticks cause pentium's memory controller doesnt support 1600?

You can get 1600 MHz sticks now, and they will work fine. They will just be run at 1333 MHz.
