Choosing RAM

Hi I have a Gigabyte GA-945GMF-DS2 Motherboard, at the moment I have 4GB of RAM (which is the Max amount in this Mobo, but not all of my RAM is matching i have: Samsung 512 MBytes x2, Hyundai Electronics 2048 MBytes and Samsung 1024 MBytes. And I think this may be ccausing my GPU to mess up, so Can someone help me find some RAM that would work in this MOBO I know it's DDR2 but I am a bit of a Newb

Specs:
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-945GMF-DS2 Motherboard
PSU: Cit 750 Watt
GPU: Powercolor, Radeon HD 6570 2GB DDR3 (At the moment im using the integrated due to problems with my GPU)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 @2.0GHz
RAM: 4096 MBytes (Mixed RAM, Mainly Samsung) DDR2
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

Need any more info I will gladly find it :P

Also does anyone know the Size of the slots for RAM on this MOBO, Like the amount of pins the RAM must have.

U can get any of these - 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) x 4

U can use only 4x 1GB sticks!

As the Motherboard's specification says "4 DDR II DIMM memory slots (supports up to 4GB memory)".

You can use only 4x1GB DDR2 only.
