i have smiler issues: AMD Phenom II 555 msi military class atx 4gigs 1066 and a 64ssd and I just want to know how to actively enable an hdmi audio single in windows my audio works but keeps disabling if u don't boot with tv on and its fixable but unplugging and replugging in hdmi seems bad for the card so I thought maybe there is a way just like disabling and re enabling your nic card when u have net issues sometimes fixes the problem....http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b396/cmd77373/ati.png

My cousin has a 5850. I just talked to him. The last driver release jacked up HDMI/DP Audio for him on his single-card system. Did you update to the April release recently?
