V8568 Motherboard has no display. cooling fan only working, processor not working.

Doesn't the question itself solve the problem?
If the processor ain't working? then you already know what the problem is.
Suggestion, try the processor on another board and see if it works or not to confirm.
Then we can think of what the problem is the Mobo or the Processor.
