ok so i need help for this lol, which one do you think is best for, well, normal mid range gaming or you could just suggest a cheaper one.

go with asrock it's an ATX and have good features against maxmus it is mATX for future upgrading you cannot SLI/CF in maximus.

lol sry 1 more question will this motherboard work with
1 intel core i5 2500k (unlocked )
2 ATI radeon 6450
3 Komputerbay 8GB (2 X 4GB) DDR3 DIMM (240 pin) 1600Mhz PC3 12800
4 XFX Radeon HD 6870(6450 is just for the mean time)
5 SATA II INTERNAL 3.5"(any one)

It has 2 PCI-E slots and you can use it for SLI/ Crossfire, but with 2-slot cards there wouldn't be enough space between them.

I'm using Maximus IV Gene-Z Gen3 and it's a great board, has lots of great and exclusive features for it's price, only complain would be limited RAM overclocking, but i think this comes with all Z68 boards.
