I would like to install Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on my old computer and need help with determining compatiblility.

My computer spec's are as follows:

Motherboard > Asus NCT-D (A), Intel E7525MCH/6300ESB chipset.

Processors > Intel Pentium 4 Xeon 800 FSB 3.0 GHz 1M - Quantity of 2 installed.

RAM > Super Talent PC23200 REG ECC-1024mb, 4GB. The RAM capability does not go any higher than 4GB, and I realize that Windows 7 will use up at least (or close to) 2GB of the 4GB RAM.

OS > Windows XP Pro 32-bit, as recommended by the computer builder, Puget Computers, but I asked for Windows XP Pro 64-bit, and he was against installing it, so he stuck me with a 32-bit OS.

Any help and suggestions are appreciated!
