Hello,

I am having problems with my PC I took it to my local computer repair shop and they told me this computer was made with inadequate parts he said he took a hair dryer and done something to repair the unit He said I was having a motherboard issue and now after 2 weeks the unit is doing the same thing I was wondering how I could repair this myself TY

Please list your system problems and how long you've had them. If the problem is intermitant, then maybe you can fix it by reinstalling all the power supply leads or removing the board and checking for shorts against the case backplate, etc.

What is the problem anyway?

What exactly the repairer said?

Inadequate cooling?

HP laptop had that problem.
