Can't detect TPM Device

Installed a new motherboard ASUS M2N68-AM PLUS and we cannot run anything. Found all drives, boots then in post give message Can't dectect TPM device! Continues post, attempts to run windows and cannot. We get the request to do Windows Startup Repair and it can't do that either

What is TPM Device and how do I fix this?

Thanks

Sheri

What was the old Motherboard you had? Is that the only thing you changed?

Old motherboard was a Biost4bitar and processor was Athlon 2 64bit changed to Athlon 2+ 64bit. Only other thing changed was power supply....upgraded from 400w to 600w.

When you changed the motherboard, did you change the memory? Is the memory right for this board? I have the same MB and 4 gigs of DDR3 ram and it works even though I am also getting the can't find TPM device message. Shockwave crashes frequently though.
