Hello,DFI Motherboard Pro875 Rev A

I am getting tone that alternates between two tones evenly; constantly until I hold the power key to shut it off. All LEDs on the board are on as they should be. The diagnostic LEDs stop at one LED on at the end and the other three are off. No video; tried two AGP boards. Did my MB die?

With board on: PSU power checks good by multimeter.

Disconneced all from MB except PSU, CPU (P4, 2.4GHz, 533MHz FSB, 512KB cache)

Memory checked good by removing all sticks and getting three long beeps. When I did the memory test, by the time the second long tone started, the dual tone started on top of the 2nd and 3rd long tone. When I reinstalled the memory, the 3 long tones would go away as long as I put the 512 sticks in 1 and 2 slots and 1Gig sticks in slots 3 & 4 (originally configured with 512 sticks in 1 and 3 slots and 1Gig sticks in slots 2 & 4.
