I have acquired a dell dimension e310 and would like to up the memory. Dell says it will only support 2gb, however I have read that some have installed 4gb, and there is an e310 listed on ebay in which there is a 2gb stick populating one of the two slots (The bios screen is pictured). Will this system support 4gb (2gbx2) with a bios update? Any 4 gb success stories?

Check this out. It only supports 2 gig of memory and I did not see a bios update.
