I bought a Asus Sabertoot P67 and added two Nvidia GTX 480's with a fresh install of windows 7 64...
When bringing up NCP, enable SLI does not exist? This is my second MB so it must not support SLI even though Asus claims that it does support SLI.
I guess im taking this back for the Asus P67 Deluxe edition; hopefully I do not have the same problems with that board. I have seen other topics on this particular subject matter with no solutions. 
Its not a hardware issue and I have tried old / new drivers, still no luck, the cards worked fine in another X58 board

I really don't mean to insult your intelligence, but just want to cover all bases. Are you connecting the cards with the SLI bridge?

Im also having isues.
I got the same motherboard, but are running SLI with 2x Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti (1x OC and 1xSOC)
I was looking google to find a guide how to set it up, and it all said there was an option in Nvidia control panel, but i can't find that spot in there!
My cards are also showing up fine, but i keep getting black screen's ( Nvidia driver has stopped working and has recovered. )
Also blue screen's i have gotten. And its pretty annyoing since i actually only browsing on the internet and not playing anything that can smash the cards memory. Blue screen's i most get when i try to watch a movie, then its simply crashing :S
I installed the newest driver from nvidia.
So please help me/us.
As you prob. can tell im bit of a newbie to this 
So im not sure how to set it up.. any special driver's needed ? or any changes in the BIOS i need to make, before it can run SLI ?

EDIT** My PC setup if needed:
Motherboard - ASUS Sabertooth P67 B3.
Processor - Intel Core i5 2500K.
RAM - 8GB Kingston HyperX blu @ 1600 MHz.
Power supply - Corsair 850TX
Grafic cards - 1x Gigabyte GTX560 Ti OC & 1x Gigabyte GTX560 Ti SOC.
@ Mushroom, I think its a issue with all the sabertooth P67 series boards considering I have tried 2 boards and you are also having the same problem along with many other posts that I have seen.
I guess I will be returning this board for another series

There have been 4 or 5 BIOS updates available for that board:

I didn't see any particular line item regarding SLI, though upgrading to 1502 might do it, if you're not already there?

I tryed to do that, but im still having troubles with display driver, and i still couldn't enable SLI anywhere

In theory SLI support increases the motherboard manufacturing cost – since the manufacturer needs to pay royalties and go through a certification process...
Hince why I was pissed because it clearly states on the specs that it supports quad SLI, I am not saying it will not work but Asus and Nvidia clearly have some issues to iron out with the SLI functionality on this board.

This board ROCKS! 12+2 phase power vs The Sabertooth 8+2 power phase. higher power phase is better for OverClocking.

Asus was probably happy just to get through the Intel P67 chipset recall. Now they can start with their own...

Gonna be hard to exchange it
I bought the board 3 weeks ago now, im not sure if they gonna take it back.
But im not gonna let myself down that easy 
I was promissed a motherboard that could do SLI, so ASUS or the shop i bought it from have to take it back and give me another board or money back - in my opinion.
i have used around 2000$ on my PC, and its not working pretty good.. so this is so annoying for me 
But i will for sure do my best to et a board from Gigabyte!

The way I fixed my P67 Sabertooth was uninstalling Windows 7 SP1, I kept getting NCP crash and error code 43 whenever I tried to enable SLi, and what do you know, the damn thing works now in SLi after uninstalling SP1. I spent a good week and 1/2 trying to figure out this issue. Nvidia customer support guy told me to try this method and he also mentioned they were working with MS to release a fix for this very soon, so props to him!
I almost RMA'd this board, thank god I didn't. 
Hopes this helps anyone with similar SLi issues.

G_yuen, u r a life saver...words cannot express my gratitude! I've a Sabertooth P67 B3 with 2xGTX 460, but just couldn't get my SLi running. I've tried every possible thing to make it work for months and look for a solution on the net. One good thing I did was keeping my eye on this thread. I clean installed Win 7 Ultimate over the SP1 and now when I enable SLi I can't believe my eyes! It's works like a charm now
So any update on the MS fix yet?

the black screens you get come from the clock frequency on the 560ti soc. it can't actually handle 1000mhz even though they bragged that it would. put it to 960mhz using the OC guru that came with the card and the black screens should stop.
can't help you with the bsod's though, sorry.
