Forum Motherboards & Memory : DFI Why does the Wndows of my computer fluctuate ?

Word :    Username :

Hello,
For the past one month the windows of my computer has been fluctuating for about 15 minutes as soon as I start it on.

First the WINDOWS XP page keeps on fluctuating and thereafter the wall paper too keps on fluctuating for about 15 minutes and then only the computer becomes normal.

What is the reason for this ?

Either your monitor or your GPU needs time to warm up, can be a beginning of failure. I would start by checking the monitor on another computer or another monitor on this one.
