Can a G33m02 mobo run Win 7 Pro 64bit? Dell Inspiron 530
G33m02 mobo Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 @ 2333MHz

yes.
it's the processor that determines if a 32-bit or 64-bit OS can run motherboard just sockets the processor is all.
there are motherboard limitations but then you wouldn't be able to run the current processor in the first place.
you have a C2D E6550 and it is 64-bit capable.
make sure you have at least 4GB of RAM.

Thanks!! 1 more quick question. Will a 4gb win pro 7 64bit set up run a lot better/faster/efficient than my vista home premium with 2gb 32bit system?

well windows 7 is the better operating system so I rather have it than vista anyways.
by logically yes, 4GB of win7 is better than 2GB windows vista.
