Hello Community,

I am wondering if my motherboard supports booting off PCI-E....

You see I want to install this device on my motherboard:

OCZ 120GB RevoDrive PCI-Express Solid State Drive

My motherboard is:

DFI LANPARTY DK x58...

What I want to do is installed Windows 7 64 bit on the SSD and boot from that...

Can anyone advise me here?

Cheers!

OCZ's website specs say it's bootable:

The X58 chipset is very modern and should detect this PCI-E device:
check the "Boot Priority" in the BIOS.
