Hello, I am building:
P7P55D-E Premium Mother Board
i7 860 Processor
4 x 2Gb RAM
2 ea HD 5770 in cross fire
2 ea SH-S223C Optical Drives
2 ea 1.5Tb WD 32M SATA2 WD15EADS Hard Drives
850 Watt PSU

Do I have enough PSU for the job?

I'd say that should be enough power, but what is the brand of the PSU? You want to make sure you have a quality brand, otherwise you risk turning your brand new PC into a doorstop.

The Power Supply is a Thermaltake PSU TT|W0319RU.

Without knowing how many connections the PSU has, you'll be fine. Just make sure it has enough spots to power the 4 drives and 2 cards.
