As we know that until now Intel only provides two SATA 6 Gb/s port on the their latest X79 chipset (I don't know why?). So many motherboard add two or more SATA 6 Gb/s port using ASmedia ASM1061 controller, such as ASUS Rampage IV Formula and MSI Big Bang Xpower II.

How good is the performance and stability of SATA 6 Gb/s port from ASM 1061, especially used for the SSD? Can anyone ever test it?
