hello,
when i inserted my memory card to my win7 computer it asked me to format it & i formatted it with FAT(default) but some data inside was still there i tried to re-format it again,it was saying windows unable to complete formatting,i tried to insert it in the phone but it was not showing. please help me

You can perform a low-level format, using something like Killdisk, for instance. That will erase the card; then you can re-format it in FAT and use it.
