Hello,
c drive having storage of 250 GB & 200 GB will be free memory.I tried to shrink to 100GB but it allows only 4GB.

Hello, can you better clarify?

Note that you cannot shrink drives that have the current running OS normally.

You'd have to shrink it from a different OS to shrink 100GB
