seagate hardrive showing only 30gb instead 320gb I did low level format check it in partition screen still any help apreciated the hardrive new no noise or any sign of damage

maybe there is some kind of "hidden" partition. today a lot of vendors doesn't add a windows CD to the computer package instead of they add a "rescue partition" you can use to reinstall windows from.
