In my desktop,I got 2 Internal Hard drives, 160 GB and 512 GB. I have my OS in 160 GB HD.
And All My Games of my Important and Big stuff is in other HD.

Whenever I play any game(which is in 512 GB) My PC Lags and Slows down hugely.I used Process explorer to check whats wrong, I found my Hardware and DPCs Interupts increases to more then 50 whenever I use games in 512 GB HD.

Having 2 HDs can cause lag while having OS on one and Applications on 2nd ?

Your slow downs probably have a different reason than the second HDD!

I've got 8 internal HDs inside my PC. Never heard anything like that :)

What kind of drives are they? 1 may be IDE, 1 may be SATA or whatever. IDE drives are terribly slow.

Both are SATA, There is problem with my 2nd HD, I confirmed it by moving one of my giant Game to OS HD.

Replace it then. Its only a 500gb HDD.

try to enhance your virtual hdd space at you OS (temp, etc) so you may put as much data from the game into your RAM and your Virtual drive...try it ..what do u have to lose?
