Building a new computer for my mom on a strict budget!
So I'm trying to decide whether to decide to go with:

Refurbished SATA Hard Drive

or

Install 2 PATA/IDE Drives which i already own. <--- Problem with this is im building her a Sandy Bridge PC and the mATX I purchased for her

Does NOT come with IDE Port so I would have to purchase 2 of these:

To plug the drives into SATA Ports!

Question is, Do I purchase the 2 Adapters so I can use the PATA/IDE drives ?
Or do I just purchase the refurbished SATA Hard Drive ?
