I have my external hard drive, My folder were inside a shown shortcuts how could I solve this problem to return my folders that were inside?

this is due to a virus. Goto address bar and type your folders' name that you had in your hdd. While writing complete name will appear below the address bar, select that name, remove extension and hit enter.
