In your case you have an apples and oranges situation since you are asking about a smaller capacity SATA 2 3Gb/s ssd and a larger capacity SATA 3 6Gb/s ssd. Probably not enough of a performance difference to matter. I'd say go for the largest capacity ssd you can afford.

Inel has been having some problems with there SSDs and slow performance's so iv heard, but 220 dollars for 128gb isnt the best price either, i would actually go for a OCZ Agility 3 120gb SSD for around 180 dollars, that's if you were already prepared to spend 200+ on the samsung ssd, save yourself some coin get the OCZ agility 3 possibly even gain so performance, but my answer may be really ignorant so take what you want from it xD ( i personally bought an 80 dollar 64gb OCZ ssd, and pretty much unless your upgrading from some top of the line HDD, even a lower end SSD will be like a bullet
