Hello,
the C hardware in my PC was just 30GB it is almost full the free space is less than 2 GB, I want to delete the Hardware E and add its space to hardware C..... I don't know how to do that.

Is the E: a partition on the same drive, and physically right after the C: partition?
What OS are you running?

Hi,
If the E drive is contiguous behind the C partition, and if your os is Winodws 7, vista, or Windows Server 2008, the built-in disk management couold help you get your goal.
Go to the disk management,
When you delete the E drive, it will become a full unallocated space, then you could right-click "C partition" and select "extend volume" then follow the wizards to complete the operation.

use EASEUS patition manager to do that
