Hello

I am having problems transferring files from my back-up Dvd +R and the other disks don't have the problem and at first I thought it was just the disk until I tried to copy and past and transfer from my storage on my cell phone and get the same error saying something like "Handle is Invalid" I have a VAIO Sony VPCEE3WFX laptop has the main specs as when I first got it except it has 8 GB of memory and it has Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit. If any one has any suggestions I can do before I do a restore point please let me know.
