i have a toshiba satellite Pro A200 200 giga 1 giga ram intel centrino inside dual core ata graphic card and when i insert the CD the master writer seem to try to start and soon slow down and restart and slow down again till give a written notice ethernet ...... bla bla bla how can i install .iso distro linux i forced to always use USB key to tackle this issue but without resolve it...

Please help me....
