I have an older LG DVD RAM drive with an IDE connector on the back. Do DVD-RAM drives have both IDE and Sata connectors? This is my motherboard: http://ncix.com/products/index.php [...] omoid=1244

Thanks

It's as simple as just looking at the back of it and findout your yourself. Probably not, though.

Have never seen one with both. But you would have got a faster answer if you just look on the back of the drive yourself.

Previous posters correct; easiest way to find out is to look at the back of the drive, or at least tell us the model!

Given that: These drives are so inexpensive today that you should just buy a new one with SATA connectors, since your motherboard does not have an IDE controller.
