Hello and welcome to the forums :)
Try cleaning the memory contacts and remove all modules except the first bank.
If it didn't help then it mostly is either power supply or motherboard's problem.

ack aopen - check for blown caps first

using a paint brust to paint the ram slots and ram contact fingers with RP7 or WD40 works a treat - try it

Any luck? I have a similar problem. I was setting up a new HTPC and after getting everything up and running I was adding software. The computer did an auto reboot and then upon trying to restart I am getting continuous long beeps.

I'm thinking the RAM had an internal error but don't have any compatible RAM to try and swap.
