Years ago I recall reading about some initiative where future Windows Operating Systems could be made to boot in seconds (instead of minutes) if/when motherboards started coming equiped with Flash memory. Has this happened yet? What kind of nomenclature or logo should I be looking for to signify a product that has this feature?
