How to format write protected sd card which is RAW file system

I can't format my 2GB SD cards when i try to format appear a message that is write protected,i know about the switch in adapter but i am using without adapter.Same time when i try to format it with SD Formatter it is showing also that write protected,RAW system file and its capacity 125MB.I am very thankful you for your answer.

well that switch on the side of hte SD card needs to function in order to format it. the raw file system is not an issue. just the write protection needs to be removed. if the switch is broken off on the card you can use a peice of tape over the entire switch track to make it writable. just like you did with VHS tapes and that tab on the back. make sure you dont cover the metal data ports on teh bottom of the card.

Thanks for ur answer but i didn't use adapter,i tried to form with RUN in PC but there is Storage devices not available.I tried many time i can't format.I want to format it and change file system into FAT32 or FAT

im not talking about an adapter. i dont understand what your issue is, you can try going to the cmd prompt and running disk part, formating that way. or downloading a hp usb format tool.
