Something that you need about overclocking is that all components overclock different EVEN if you have the same components, you can use the video (I don't saw it) or use the guides, at the end you will find the same results with both: You need find your self the stable and best settings, the video and guides are just the way to start.

You can use the settings of the video, but I'm 99% sure than will not work for you.

like saint said u have to play around with it urself
with ur cooler u'll probably can go up to 4.5 Ghz and then temps will limit u
