Hello,
I was wondering how to overclock my Dell Optiplex SX260 with a Pentium 4 2.4 GhZ 512 KB Cache processor.
Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

You can't overclock cpu's on oem boards.

Since your motherboard is made by dell, you can't overclock.
