Hey.

I was wondering if I can overclock my AMD Phenom x4 965 3,4 GHz to 3,7 GHz with the stock cooler?

And if I can.....Could you explain to me how I do it or send me a good link where some other peoples explains it?

yes..
what model of 965 do you have in-particular the 'M' or the 'I' in (read model numbers), because that will tell me if it's a BE and C2 or C3 stepping.
running CPU-Z will also tell you this info.
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/ [...] multiplier

if you have the BE model it really doesn't matter the stepping as much with a hit of the multi all other settings on stock.
it will be fine.
if the non BE model then we'll have to watch the voltage as we raise the base.
still good since only going .3GHz, but it must be mentioned.

I have my Deneb Phenom II x4 B55 @ 3.6ghz on a fan less CM Hyper 212+ and it seems t stay around 43c when gaming so you should be fine just keep an eye on the CPU temp is under 60c
