Internal PLL Enabled, Auto or Disabled?

Forum Overclocking : CPUs Internal PLL Enabled, Auto or Disabled?

I'm about to Overclock my i5 to 4.5ghz and I read on here that I should turn Internal PLL to enabled. My Bios currently has it set to Auto. I'm readin around that I should set it on disabled and only enable it when I'm overclocking higher then 4.5ghz. I'm just so confused, can anyone clear this issue up for me?
