Should I use offset voltage or manual? i5 2500k

Forum Overclocking : CPUs Should I use offset voltage or manual? i5 2500k

I'm not sure what type of voltage setting to use... I've read conflicting stories - manual voltage setting or offset voltage for overclocking. I have a i5 2500k @ 4.7ghz, CM hyper 212+, ASRock Fata1ity P67 motherboard.

Here are the settings I use for each, both stable.

Offset: -0.015v (I see it jump between 1.336-1.344 under load, 0.984 idle)
Manual: 1.330 (does not fluctuate)

both have about 60c load running prime95 blend, the offset is maybe 1 or 2c higher.

which one should I use?
