i have a 800d w a i7 2600k and want to over clock it to 5ghz i don't know what i need i know i want to use a h80 i heard great things and now im on intergreted gfx my gfx card took a poop so after the new gtx cards are out ill decide on 1 i like the green on this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avr [...] re=related :)

This question is asked over and over and over and over and over....

There is a reason we have stickies in forums...please do a little searching before just posting questions.

Researching a little would tell you that 5ghz really isn't something that is sustainable and degrades the chip due to voltage increase.

An H80 and the watercooled rig in that video are worlds apart in cooling, I do hope you understand this. That being said, I'm not sure why you linked that YouTube video to your post since it isn't even remotely related to what you are asking.

5ghz 24/7 on the h80 is impossible.
