Ok, forgive me if I don't include all the info I should/use the right terminology, still learning. Here's what I got:
Mobo: GA-MA770-UD3 rev. 2.0
Processor: Phenom II x4 925 2.8 GHz stock, overclocked 3.71 GHz
Memory: Corsair TWIN2X4096-6400C4DHX
OS: Windows 7 64 bit Home
PS: Corsair TX650
Settings (from BIOS):
Clock ratio: x14
CPU Frequency (FSB): 265
HT Link Freq: 1.6 GHz (once booted shows up in SIW as 2120.1 MHz)
Memory Clock: x3.33=883 MHz (boot showed 667 for some reason)
CPU NB VID Control: 1.225V (+.025)
CPU Voltage Control: 1.45V (+.050)
Ran prime95 for ten minutes:
Max voltage for CPU: 1.44
Max temp: 45c all cores
Idle temp: 17c all cores
I’m using a Zalman air/fan CPU cooler (side of case is off right now in case that matters)
Getting 3.7 GHz with only a max temp of 45c, is that usual? Do these settings sound correct, or is there anything I need to tweak? (like the voltage for the CPU NB, didn’t know if I needed to raise that or not).
Thanks.
