safely and overclock do not belong in the same sentence. there are plenty of tutorials on how to do it though. read up on fsb, voltage, core clocks, etc before you even consider overclocking. you can find tutorials on youtube or google, there may be some on the site somewhere. but last i knew, nobody here really "encourages" overclocking unless you know what you're doing.
