Can I overclock my gpu or cpu on my laptop?

Forum Overclocking : Intel Can I overclock my gpu or cpu on my laptop?

Word :    Username :

Hello,

I'd like to know can I overclock my 'Intel Pentium dual-core processor T3200 (2.0 GHz, 667 MHz FSB, 1 MB L2 cache)' CPU or my 'Up to 732 MB Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M' graphics card on my ACER ASPIRE 5735Z laptop.
Thanks for the answers.

Nope is the short answer. There are no options in the BIOS to OC, nor a way to compensate for the increase in heat due to voltages, hotter components, etc etc. If they allowed OCing, it would get so hot that they would be liable for the burns that resulted to people's legs and uh, more sensitive areas! :)
