I Can get my GTX 560 TI to 1000/2000/2010 1.125V Stable and temps rarely go over 73*c
But the question is, is this safe? Will it decrease the life expectancy of my card?

If you don't exceed the maximum voltage (1.150V) and the indicated temps stay under 95'C or so then yes, it's safe. Also, awesome, I don't think too many of those cards can do that. I think the best I've gotten out of mine has been 950-975MHz so I usually just keep them at the stock OC of 900MHz.

I have evga 560 ti superclocked stock at 900. Im running it at 1 Ghz right now. The only problem I ran into is that bf3 will sonetimes hang up system. I only increased voltage to 1. 063. Max is 72 degrees.

Yeah i have the same issure with BF3, First 10 minutes i can run on max everything but then it starts to get massive lag spikes, And it still does with no OC
