Hi,

Is it possible for a motherboard to wear out after raising the voltage too high for your ram or CPU and after a while? Because now I can't even get over 2.9GHz without a BSOD, and I used to be able to hit stable at least 3.2Ghz.

might have all happened because of overclock and that is the risk that is damaged. try to go by default or clear CMOS after that you test the RAM with memtest86 + first.
