Overclock EVGA x58 ftw3 Need Help...

hye guys..im a super dumb noob for overclock..I do read a lot about the overclocking guides and what so ever, but seems to mess up information..I personally wanted to use e-leek since I do not know how to configure the BIOS setup but I read someone posted about it and tell about the risk of just overclock over the e-leek software..

So, I really need helps from the expert or people that have the same MOBO as mine so I will not mislead..

If possible, I need easy step guides to safely overclock my MOBO using BIOS and suggestion (the safe configuration for the voltage and everything)
