I changed memory timing in bios down to 5.0 clocks.

EDIT!!!!:

I got it! 1:1 FSB : DRAM ratio! Underclocked to 235Mhz

Bad thing is i'm having Lower FPs in games with Integrated Graphics.

EDIT #2!!!Now I have 1 : 2 FSB:DRAM Ratio!!! I changed the Ram Frequency to 470mhz. I gain few FPs ingame and less memory usage! GTA 4

Last Question:

Vcore: 1.4250 is it good or stable for 3.4Ghz?
