Artic Accelero Xtreme Plus 2

Hey guys,

Bought a pair of artic accelero xtreme plus 2 coolers and I've set them all up and everything the way the instructions said to but for some unknown reason the fans wont spin.

I've been researching a lot and seems other people have this problem, I have a ThermalTake Toughpower XT 875W PSU so I'm pretty sure I have enough power...

I've tried both plugging the power into the card itself and in the 4pin molex but to no avail. I also doubt I got two faulty parts.

Specs are:
Case: Corsair 650D
Mobo: Asrock Extreme7 Gen3
CPU: i7 2600K
GPU: 570GTX x2
Memory: G-Skill DDR3 2133 16gb
HDD: 3TB Hitatchi
PSU: ThermalTake Toughpower XT 875W

I really don't see what the problem could be but hopefully someone out there has an idea .
