If i overclock and hold the temps down, will there be any harm with high vcore? When i go over 1,55v i get a warning :p

Yes, More Vcore will increase electro-migration and so decrease the life-span of your CPU.
Cold temps will help but Voltage will still kill it.

What CPU are you putting 1.55V through?

I ran a 2600K @ 1.51V for 5Ghz for about 5 months and it was fine, however your applying more voltage and not all CPU's react the same.
I wouldn't be surprised if your CPU died in the next 12 months.

I agree it will kill it eventually but it will take awhile.. Ive overclocked every pc ive ever built all the way back to my K6 II with 3d now 350mhz.. Ive never seen an cpu burn out tho as a side note..

had a stable 5.2ghz at 1.4v (only left prime95 running for an hour or so.. didnt want to push the chip too far. c14 is a hell of a cooler but it has it's limitations xD)

but currently im able to get a 24 hour prime95 on 4.8ghz at 1.259v (using 4.4 as 24/7 oc as i didnt notice a HUGE difference between 4.4 and 4.8).. give it a shot, but make sure u have a decent cooler. 30c idle 65c load.

Huh, what motherboard do you use then? At 5 ghz i cant go below 1.5v before it fails with prime.
I was kind of cheep with the mother board though, the standard asus p8z68-v
And the temps are no promblem. Got a ek waterblock and a 3x 120 mm fan radiator for 1 cpu :)
