Overclocking i7 975 3.33 extreme

Hello,
I have motherboard P6x58d Premium Motherboard and i7 975 3.33 extreme along with 3 2GB DDR3 2000 MHZ Dominator Ram
a corsair H80 liquid cooler and I am running the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility; i set the Bios settings in the AI Tweaker to third party which allows me to use the autotuning but it seems to only mess with the voltage settings and sometimes the turbo boost it does not change the Host Clock Fequency. Is there an option that i need to turn on in bios? i am running host clock 133 turbo boost ratio25x max non turbo boost cpu sped 4.26ghz turbo boost current max 144 a turbo boost power max 171 w Active core 1 32x active core 2 31x active core 3 and 4 are at 31x. the memory speed reads 1330 mhz uncore 2660 mhz voltage memory 1.5600V core voltage 1.42500 uncore voltage 1.37500. Does anyone know why its not working with my build i should be oc'ed like crazy
