Hello,
Hi please can you help me with a problem that appears to be causing my computer to keep on crashing.

I recently have been seeing this command prompt appear on my desktop. with the words microsoft windows version 6.0.60021 coypyright c 2006 microsoft corporation. All rights reserved
c=/Users/My computer>_ and just keep blinking.

It appears as a black box. I have tried to uninstall but it is not on the list of programme.

I believe this is causing my computer to crash or run slow.

Please could you advise me on how to solve this problems

It's not listed as a running application in taskmanager?
Not listed as cmd.exe in processes in taskmanager?
Or possibly checked in startup in System configuration.
